Our Story
We're a small, family owned and operated company that provides every customer with the highest level of professional and courteous service. We are committed to using quality equipment, replacement parts and materials to ensure that our work is done correctly. We value your time, so it's our priority to make sure each job is done efficiently while never compromising on quality. We believe that safety and cost effectiveness can go together — our mission is to help provide our customers with the oasis they deserve.
Owners Christie and Santos Rodriguez started the business in 2013 and, after a decade as a service-only operation, opened Oasis's first retail storefront at 56 School Street in Athol in 2026 — a fully renovated space carrying hot tubs, pool supplies and chemicals. Today the team of NSPF Certified Pool Operators serves commercial and residential customers across Central Massachusetts, from Belmont to Greenfield.
